Alphaeus does a wonderful job from start to finish. His cupcakes I received were super tasty. He was kind and responsive to my requests. The cupcakes themselves were very moist, had good flavor, and were aesthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend his baked goods to anyone looking for a sweet treat.

The signature bakery was a vendor at a back to school event I hosted today the Urban youth academy. He was prompt, professional and had a beautiful display of treats and snacks. The cake was moist and chocolaty and the sugar cookies were melt in your mouth delicious! He was pleasant and kind. I love forward to encountering him and his treats again!

Alphaeus was at the Leavenworth fall festival. I indulged in a lemon cake that was an absolute delight. The cake was perfectly moist, with a vibrant citrus flavor. I was the winner of a free dessert from a raffle drawing. I chose his pineapple and pear cobbler. It was beautifully presented with a golden brown lattice crust design! The pineapple and pear complimented each other so nice, not tart or too sweet; a perfect balance! I paired it with some vanilla ice cream and was in heaven! I’ll definitely order this cobbler again! It was a unique approach to the typical peach cobbler. 10/10!!
We just had the lemon cake and a vanilla cake pop. Both were very exceptional! The lemon cake was a true lemon cake with a great lemon tart flavor mixed with a great balance of sweet. My daughter said the cake pop was top notch (and she loves cake pops).

We are totally hooked on signature bakery cakes and cookies. My family loves homemade baked goods and he hit a home run with my family.
